HOW TO ORDER

  • Does azulsahara have a physical shop?

    Azulsahara is a designer's studio focusing on all types of events, especially weddings. We love to work alongside you to help you with your dreamed wedding. Azulsahara does not have a physical store but you are welcome to come and visit our studio and see our work by asking for an appointment. All our products can be viewed, customized and bought through our website. If you wish us to help you design the wedding invitation of your dreams don´t hesitate to contact us.
  • Can I find your products in stores?

    Azulsahara wedding invitations are created and designed by us. Our products can only be purchased through us, as we currently do not distribute to any shops.
  • Is there a catalogue available?

    Azulsahara does not have a physical catalogue available, as all our invitations and new products are automatically added on to our website which is your best reference.
  • When should I place my order?

    We strongly recommend that wedding invitations are ordered at least 4 months before the wedding.
  • When will I receive my order?

    Your wedding stationery or favours will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks depending of the design you choose and the quantity. If you need the wedding stationery or favors in less time,you have to get in touch with us so we can contact an express service. Samples will be delivered at your home address in about 5 to 8 working days.
  • Discounts available?

    The price of azulsahara products vary according to the amount ordered. You will see the discounts available on each product page.
  • Promotions

    Azulsahara regularly offers promotions through our website and social networks. To benefit from these promotions, you can find discount vouchers available on our home page.
  • Is there a minimum order?

    For wedding invitations the minimum order in azulsahara is 15 units. For other complements ( thank you cards or remembrance cds) is 25 units.
  • Can I order by phone?

    Of course, feel free to contact us if you wish to place your order by phone. Our phone number is (+34) 91.855.63.90

  • Can I place an order by email?

    You are welcome to place your order by e-mail: info@azulsahara.com, indicating the reference and name of the wedding invitation you have choosen and the number needed. The wording can also be send by email on a word document.
  • Payment

    1. Payments can be done online by credit card or bank transfer through Paypal payment gateway which is available to you on our website.

    2. Payment in two quotas (60% when doing your order and the rest before delivery). It is done through bank transfer. You have to tell us you want to pay in 2 quotas. We will send you an estimate of the 2 quotas. All orders from 300 euros up may be paid in 2 quotas. The second quota of a 40% can be paid upon delivery. The cost of the commission for using the delivery service will be paid by the customer.
  • How do I apply a discount coupon?

    You can apply your discount coupon by entering the code that comes with each promotion in your shopping cart.
  • Can I buy more invitations once the order has been placed?

    If you need more invitations once the order has been placed, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • What is your return policy?

    All azulsahara products are customized upon request therefore the return of an order has to be carefully studied by azulsahara to determine the cause.All our orders are carefully reviewed before sent, thus ensuring a high quality. If azulsahara had made a mistake, it will be fixed without any extra cost to the customer. If this was a mistake on the wording once it has been approved by the client or a change in the wording due to external factors such as a change in the/timetable..etc. We will reprint the invitations at the client's expense.

CUSTOMIZE your Invitation

  • Can I see the wording layout of the invitation before printing?

    Of course. We will send you a PDF of the wording together with the artwork for you to see, and verify that all details are correct before printing ( there is no problem in case of any necessary changes as we allow up to two changes per order). In azulsahara it is necessary to have the client's approval before any printing is done.
  • When will I receive the layout of my wording?

    Once we have received the order you will receive the wording layout within 7 to 9 working days.
  • Can I add a location map to my invitation?

    Once you have chosen your wedding invitation you can add the additional accessories required by choosing the map option in the accessories section.

  • Can I have my invitation made in several languages?

    Yes. If you wish to have your wedding invitations printed in different languages you need to customize the invitation first in one language and add to the cart indicating the number needed and repeat the same process for the second language. If you want to have the two languages on the same wedding invitation we recommend you to choose one of the wedding invitations which allow to you to include additional information (such as map,wedding lists etc).

  • How can I include add-ons (RSVP / Wedding List /Recepcion cards) to my invitation?

    Once you have chosen your wedding invitation additional accessories can be added at your requirement. You only have to select the option details and there the option invitation accessories. You have to indicate the name of the invitation and the quantity of accessories you would like.

  • Is there an additional cost to customize my invitation's wording?

    In azulsahara customizing your wedding wording is free of charge.
  • Can I make changes in my wedding invitation?

    All of our wedding invitations can be adapted to suit your needs, either by changing the colour or the format.

    For our Azulsahara Collection wedding invitations (Classic & Vintage and Chic & Trendy) we can adapt the design to the colour of your choice. The cost is 40 euros + VAT and the price includes a sample sent to you.

    For all other invitations we can adapt the format and design to help you achieve your perfect wedding invitation. For example, you might want the Crisalida Red invitation in the Verona Deluxe format. We can do this for you. The cost is 90 euros + VAT and the price includes a sample sent to you.

    For invitations specifically designed at your request, you need to inquire about the price.

  • International Shipping

    We send orders to all countries within the European Union, Latin America, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For other destinations please contact us so we can find the best prices available. Shipping fees vary according to destination. Rates can be previewed on your shopping cart once you have registered and entered your address zip code. The first option shown will be Priority Service (FEDEX), depending on destination other options are available.
  • Delivery of Samples within the European Union :

    For members of the European Union samples will be sent by Certifified Mail (signature required). Delivery time will vary from 3 to 8 working days according to destination.

  • Delivery of Samples to other destinations

    Samples to USA, and Canada, will be sent via FEDEX Delivery time 3 to 5 working days will vary according to destination. Samples to Latin American countries, Australia and New Zealand will be sent by International Economic mail. Delivery time aproximately 7 working days might vary according to destination.
  • Delivery of orders within the European Union

    For members of the European Union orders are sent via NACEX (priority service by surface mail ). Delivery time 3 to 5 working days. The costs will be automatically calculated and shown in your shopping cart once you have registered and entered your address zip code.

  • Delivery of orders to other destinations

    For other destinations (USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand), we offer two types of delivery service: the priority shipping service via FEDEX and Postal Service Express Mail (International Economy). The costs vary according to weight, and will be automatically calculated and shown in your shopping cart once you have registered and entered your address zip code.

    Priority Mail Service

    With delivery times from 3 to 7 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination and customs procedures of each country.

    International Economic Mail
    With delivery times of approximately 6 to 10 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination and customs procedures of each country. When sending Azulsahara does not take responsability of any taxes that may apply in the country of destination or any other expenses which may be involved in the client’s place of residence. Any customs duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
